Webspeed Internet Solutions will provide the service to the customer for the period that is paid for in advance. If this is not possible a refund for the remaining period of service will be refunded.

Webspeed Internet Solutions reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by Webspeed Internet Solutions staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the Webspeed Internet Solutions services.

Webspeed Internet Solutions take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities we will suspend service on accounts or servers, until any illegal data is removed.

Webspeed Internet Solutions is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.

We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of Webspeed Internet Solutions services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on Webspeed Internet Solutions abilities to serve its customers.

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads.

Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive, materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of Webspeed Internet Solutions servers to serve other users' web presence, materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not Webspeed Internet Solutions.

Webspeed Internet Solutions may implement the following policy to its sole discretion: When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available Webspeed Internet Solutions reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby Webspeed Internet Solutions continues hosting the website for an additional fee.

The customer will fully indemnify Webspeed Internet Solutions against liability (of any nature), which may befall Webspeed Internet Solutions as a result of the customers legal of illegal use of the services. Webspeed Internet Solutions do not provide refunds in cases of abuse.

Webspeed Internet Solutions will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Webspeed Internet Solutions makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Webspeed Internet Solutions disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The includes loss of data resulting from delays, nondeliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Webspeed Internet Solutions.

Any accounts that cause Webspeed Internet Solutions servers to be attacked in any way will be terminated without a refund.

Spamming or any type of UCE (Unsolicited commercial e-mail), is strictly prohibited, and your account may or will be closed immediately without a refund if you are found to be doing so.

Webspeed Internet Solutions reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at anytime and without notice.

Customers paying by credit/debit cards, 7 days notice is required in writing prior to cancellation of account(s)
